Adv. Shira Blum-Wolf
Adv. Shira Blum-Wolf, who worked for over a decade in the litigation department of Berkman, Wechsler, Bloom and Co., has long-standing and extensive experience in all aspects of civil-commercial litigation and represents clients in the various court instances, arbitrations and mediations, and specializes in representation in complex commercial disputes.
Shira accompanies companies and businesses over the course of their commercial lives, both at the commercial stages (in the fields of contracts and labor law) as well as when disputes arise (among shareholders, partners, customers, suppliers and employees). Among other things, she provides litigation services and on-going legal advice to real estate investment companies.
Over the last several years Shira has amassed extensive experience in the representation in many class action suits, in the fields of consumerism and securities, both on behalf of plaintiffs and of defendants. Shira also has experience in representation in administrative petitions.

Amit also has extensive experience in white collar criminal cases. Over the course of the years, he has represented individuals involved in affairs of public corruption, as well as in ethical, environmental, and securities violations, including legal representation of persons under interrogation and suspects in hearing proceedings.
